BlueNord ASA (previously Noreco) is a company involved in oil & gas production and the second largest producer in Denmark. The company´s shares are listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange under the ticker “BNOR”.

The company has a 36.8% working interest in the Danish Underground Consortium (DUC) which produces the majority of oil and gas on the Danish Continental Shelf. The company´s production is centred around four producing hubs; Tyra, Halfdan, Dan and Gorm. The Tyra hub is currently undergoing redevelopment and will, once on stream, increase the company´s production by c. 90% to c. 50.000 boe/d.

The Rever team has been involved in the company since 2015 and has had leading roles in the company´s board and management through its restructuring and the subsequent USD 2 billion acquisition and financing of the interest in DUC, successfully turning the company into a significant oil and gas producer.
